Methodological Guidelines for Experimental protocol for performance analysis

Goals of this document:
1. Provide guidance about the measurement of the performances shift between the model provided by a
customer and the same model deployed on a target board, see diff1 on the figure 2.
2. Provide guidance about the measurement of the performances shift between two models deployed
differently, see diff2 on the figure 2.
