Framework for Definition of Trustable AI Engineering

Defines a "Trustable AI Engineering Definition Framework", in order to analyze the information collected and elaborated by states of art and by Confiance.ai projects action sheets. One of the final objectives of the application of this framework is to constitute a need definition input for EC1 workbench, including justification and traceability with engineering needs.
